Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery
We use several different delivery methods depending upon the product bought. Unless otherwise stated our products have free shipping. Our standard haulier uses a maximum of 5 working days delivery window, although it is generally 2 to 3 days.
Some of our products are stock items and can be despatched straight away. Other items are built to order with a 4 week lead time.
Returns
We are happy to receive back any items which are deemed unsuitable by the customer. The intention to return product must be advised within 7 working days of receipt.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Upon return, goods will be examined and if applicable, a refund or credit note will be issued less the return carriage cost.
- The product to be unused, as new and in saleable condition.
- Should the goods be unfit for resale, no refund will be given.
- Goods will not be accepted back without prior notice.
